We want you to love our stuff as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it. All you have to do is fill out this form and send us the item you wish to return or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.
Before returning any items, please note:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
- All “Sale” items sales are final.
Alternative items that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call (347) 281-7216 or send us an email message at firstname.lastname@example.org within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
If We’ve Made a Mistake:
Hey, we’re not perfect (but we try)! If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please get in touch with us at (347) 281-7216 or email@example.com and a Product Specialist will assist you with your return.
How to Return or Exchange Items in 3 Simple Steps:
- Please complete the return form and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
- Remember to indicate the style, color and size of your replacement item(s).
- Send us the items in the original box (or a different box, as long as it’s unmarked) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Alternative is not responsible for lost shipments.

If you request a refund:
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).
If you request an exchange:
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item but the value of your returned item will be credited back when our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).
